It was hands down the best hotel we stayed at on our 3 week visit to Europe. It was so spacious in our room, the spa was such a great value, every employee we came into contact with was very nice and was ready to help us in anything we asked about. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Just a great place to stay!

Hotel staff were very nice and helpful - they had some difficulties understanding my questions in English, but I could see that they really wanted to help. The breakfast was excellent and the spa, which was the reason I chose this hotel, was pretty good!
Entrance to the spa was an extra 3 Euro per hour and this was not mentioned in the hotel info - I find it really annoying when I am not provided with accurate information for making my choice and then just presented with extra costs. The toiletries provided included: shampoo, body wash and a bunch of extra stuff (a sewing kit, etc), but no conditioner, which I found strange.

The place was clean and gorgeous, had extremely polite and outstandingly accommodating staff in particular the kind service of young staff. We had absolutely superb breakfasts with at least 30 different foods, excellent fresh juices plus great coffee. The location of this hotel was good and easy. We greatly enjoyed staying 10 nights here.

I like the staff in the spa they were so nice . The young girl masseuse was so nice but the messages were a little expensive .They were so helpfull and nice and gave us information . good value for money .
